Poing/Munich - EBV Elektronik, an Avnet (NYSE: AVT) company

distribution agreement to promote and deliver Aptina products
to customers within the total EMEA region.
Aptina is a global market leader with Complimentary Metal-
Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) imaging solutions. Its growing
portfolio of products can be found in all leading mobile
phone and notebook computer brands as well as a wide
range of products for digital and video cameras, surveillance,
medical, automotive and industrial applications, video
conferencing, barcode scanners, toys and gaming.
