Nettetal: On the occasion of the Distribution Conference in Nice, France, Wyse Technology, global market leader in the field of Server-Centric Computing, honoured its distribution partner of many years not just once, but twice: The awards for “European Distributor of the Year FYO4” and “Central European Distributor of the Year FYO4” both went to Avnet Technology Solutions.
Simon Richards, EMEA Distribution Manager for Wyse, handed the awards over to Thomas Kleinkuhnen, European Business Director, and Ralf Roggen, Product Manager at Avnet Visual + Data Solutions. For successful business development and as the highest-revenue distributor in Europe, Avnet received the “European Distributor of the Year FY04” award. By honouring Avnet as “Central European Distributor of the Year FY04”, Wyse recognised the outstanding project work by Avnet, who achieved above-average revenue growth, above all in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.
